What you pay for gifts
The gift price
The merchant's listed price, plus delivery if the listing has a delivery charge, plus GST where it applies.
No fee on each gift
There's no extra Gftiq fee on top of the gift price.
Charged when accepted
Gifts sent by link are charged only when they're accepted. Gifts sent straight to a known address are charged when ordered.
Bigger jobs
Kitting, branded items and bulk packing will be quoted per job.
Short answers
Is Gftiq a gift shop?
No. It's software for planning, sending and tracking business gifts. The gifts will come from Australian suppliers we choose with care.
Do I need the recipient's address?
No. For gifts sent by link, they add their own details when they choose.
Does it connect to our CRM or HR system?
Not yet. These connections are planned. At launch, you'll be able to import people and clients with a simple CSV file.
What does it cost?
A monthly plan based on your company size, plus the price of the gifts you send. There's no extra fee on each gift. Gifts sent by link are charged only when accepted. See pricing.
